چکیده
This study aims to generate new kinetic data on 4 folate forms, namely folic acid (FA), 5-methyl-tetrahydrofolate (5MTHF), 10-formylfolic (10FFA) and tetrahydrofolate (THF) in the same conditions: model media at three temperatures (60°C, 80°C, 100°C) pH values (3, 5, 7). For four degradation could be described using a first-order model. At 100°C 3, rates were 2.8 × 10−2, 1.6 1.8 10−3, 10−5 min−1 for 5MTHF, THF, 10FFA FA respectively. Therefore, reactivity modulated by factor of 2, 10, up 200-fold acid. increase had positive effect retention THF has lowest impact 5MTHF degradation. Product formation from 10 FFA studied multiresponse modeling. Both vitamers generated intermediary products that accumulated differently as function pH. These results give comprehension insights into during food processing formulation (pH lever) process (temperature lever). Practical Applications article brings vitamins B9 cooking. Folate is group vitamins, sharing similar molecular structure while having different bioactivity. The lack diet can lead severe health disorder. Their human metabolization thermic influenced factors, including their own structure. it high importance understand how each form degraded determine best conditions preserve them. Our work, mediums, allowed identify forms (including pathway) order more guidance, offers an operational tool manufacturer potential folates pH, temperature vitamer composition.

a frame semantic approach to the study of translating cultural scripts in salingers franny and zooey
the frame semantic theory is a nascent approach in the area of translation studies which goes beyond the linguistic barriers and helps us to incorporate cognitive and cultural factors to the study of translation. based on rojos analytical model (2002b), which centered in the frames or knowledge structures activated in the text, the present research explores the various translation problems that...

Background: Given the concerns about the use of chemical preservatives in food, the consumers and producers have been interested in natural alternatives, such as plant essential oils and extracts. Since there are limited studies about the effect of saffron (Crocus sativus L.) on the behavior of foodborne pathogens in food models, this study aimed to determine the inhibitory effect of aqueous ex...
